All live classes are recorded for educational, quality assurance, safety, and administrative purposes.

By joining a live class, you consent to your audio, video, screen sharing, chat messages, and other interactions being recorded.

Recorded sessions may be viewed by enrolled students if made available, course instructors, platform administrators, and authorized staff responsible for technical support, quality assurance, investigating complaints, policy enforcement, or resolving disputes.

Recordings will not be shared publicly without appropriate authorization, except as required by law.

Live classes are intended solely for course-related learning.

Harassment, bullying, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, abusive or offensive language, personal attacks, threats, intimidation, spam, advertising, disruptive unrelated conversations, inappropriate content, and impersonation are prohibited.

You agree to behave respectfully toward instructors, students, moderators, and staff.

Repeated disruptive behavior may result in removal from a class or suspension of your account.

Do not record, download, photograph, screenshot, or distribute any class sessions, participant information, or chat messages without permission from the platform.

Respect the privacy of all participants.

Course materials, recordings, presentations, assignments, and other learning content are provided solely for enrolled students.

They may not be copied, reproduced, sold, shared, or redistributed without written permission.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Do not share your account with others.

Platform administrators reserve the right to monitor live sessions when necessary, review recordings, investigate complaints, remove inappropriate content, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The platform is not responsible for interruptions caused by internet connectivity, hardware failures, or circumstances beyond our control.

If a course includes minors, parents or legal guardians are responsible for ensuring appropriate participation and supervision where required.

All course content remains the intellectual property of the instructor or the platform unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized copying or commercial use is prohibited.

Users are encouraged to report inappropriate behavior, harassment, or policy violations to platform administrators.

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Violation of these Terms may result in removal from a live session, temporary suspension, permanent account termination, or other actions deemed appropriate by the platform.
