Cancellation Policy
This Cancellation Policy explains how demo class changes, paid class cancellations, missed sessions, and schedule changes are managed on Cevour.
Last updated: June 9, 2026
Demo Class Cancellations
Users may contact Cevour to reschedule or cancel a free demo class if they cannot attend the selected slot.
Demo slots depend on teacher availability. Rescheduling requests are handled based on available future slots.
Paid Class Cancellations
Cancellation requests for paid classes or enrollments should be submitted through the Contact page as early as possible.
Cevour reviews cancellation requests based on course status, class schedule, teacher allocation, and whether the learner has already accessed paid services.
Missed Classes
If a learner misses a scheduled class without prior notice, the class may be treated as completed for scheduling and billing purposes.
Where possible, Cevour may help arrange another session, but this depends on teacher availability and the specific course arrangement.
Teacher or Platform Changes
If a teacher or platform issue requires Cevour to cancel or move a scheduled class, Cevour will try to provide a replacement slot or suitable alternative.
Users will be informed through available contact channels when schedule changes are required.
How to Request Cancellation
To cancel or reschedule, contact Cevour with your registered email, phone number, class or course name, scheduled time, and reason for the request.
Cancellation and rescheduling decisions are communicated after review by the Cevour team.
